Program Description

Event Details

This simulation is designed to help people gain a better understanding of and empathy for those children and adults who struggle with dyslexia. Parents, teachers, and other relatives or caregivers of dyslexics are all encouraged to attend this very eye-opening simulation–especially if they are not dyslexic themselves–to get a sense of the challenges dyslexics face, particularly in the school setting. Struggles aren’t limited to learning to read and some of the most persistent struggles may surprise you. *Please note*: Registration is required for this meeting in order to have enough materials for all participants. Registration will be capped at 50 participants.
