Story Time

Thematic program using books, songs, and rhymes to assist the parent/caregiver in reading to their child. Activities support the development of language skills, listening skills, and word awareness for the purpose of encouraging a lifelong interest in reading. Activities and crafts are designed for children ages 3-6, but siblings of all ages are welcome to attend.

Summertime story times will focus on the summer reading program theme of Reading Colors Your World. Activities will include collaborative art in Children's Park, as well as some special presenters on topics such as Eating the Rainbow.

A drop-in, informal building program for kids! Kids can work individually or in a team to complete design challenges. No registration required; however, this club is open to kids going into 5th-8th.

Color has a language all its own. Every color ‘speaks’ to us by how it makes us feel and how we react to it. Some of us can spend a great deal of time trying to harmonize the right shades of paint for the inside or outside of our homes.
