Gentle Flow Yoga

Relax and unwind with some Gentle Flow Yoga with instructor Aon Andersen. The first class is free and then a charge ($8) for each subsequent class. Punch cards are available! Don’t forget to bring your mat!

This event is part of TEENtober, teens can come paint a mini pumpkin like a book character and enter it into the pumpkin painting contest, if you wish! Creativity and ingenuity are welcome.
