Program Description

Story Time

Thematic program using books, songs, and rhymes to assist the parent/caregiver in reading to their child. Activities support the development of language skills, listening skills, and word awareness for the purpose of encouraging a lifelong interest in reading. Activities and crafts are designed for children ages 3-6, but siblings of all ages are welcome to attend.

Event Details

Come read, run, and play at the American State Bank Sports Complex for this special Story Time Event!  Join us for an Olympic themed Story Time where we will also have special guests joining us from the Sioux City Explorers!

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop-offs will not be permitted.
