Program Description

Story Time

Thematic program using books, songs, and rhymes to assist the parent/caregiver in reading to their child. Activities support the development of language skills, listening skills, and word awareness for the purpose of encouraging a lifelong interest in reading. Activities and crafts are designed for children ages 3-6, but siblings of all ages are welcome to attend.

Event Details

Join us for an Outdoor Adventure themed Story Time at the Children's Park (840 4th Ave. SE). In case of inclement weather, this Story Time adventure will take place at the Sioux Center Public Library.  Watch our facebook page for location updates or sign up for text updates at the library.

Accompanying Adults

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop-offs will not be permitted.
