Event Details

The Sioux Center Public Library will have Dave Jarvis, from Dave's Mobile Sharpening Service, here to sharpen sewing scissors ($8), knives ($5), garden shears ($8) and more. Bring your items in a bag with your name on the outside and drop them off or wait for them. Typical sharpening time is ten minutes per item. Payment can be done via credit card, check, cash or Venmo. Registration is helpful to give us an idea of interest but not required.

Staff often take pictures during library programs. The library uses photos in its publicity, in social media, and on its website. I acknowledge that if I do not want my or my child's photo used, I should contact Heidi at the library and the library will do its best to honor that request.
