Event Details

Join us on May 25th for a home school field day at Oak Grove Park. The topic this year is GPS course. There will be 3 time slots available between 9am and 2pm which families can sign up for. Each session will be about 1.5 hours and the lesson will focus on outdoor skills. Sarah Davelaar is planning this event to be held outdoors unless the weather doesn't cooperate. In that case, she will have a rain plan at the Prairie Woods Nature Center. This will not be a repeat of last year. This event is inclusive of all ages but geared for ages 9 and over. Those under the age of 9 will be paired with an adult or older child. 

 

Families may sign up online through the Sioux County Conservation Board.
