Program Description

Event Details

Join Dr. Keith Fynaardt, professor of English at Northwestern College, for a presentation on the importance of the barn to middle western farm life. Barns are so common on the rural landscape that non-farmers often take them for granted, but with a little attention to their history and use, stories of innovation in production agriculture emerge, along with those of the lives of farmers and their livestock.

Registration is encouraged for this event. Registration open May 1st at 8:00 a.m. on the Orange City Public Library website.  https://www.orangecitylibrary.org/event/2022-06-30/ Event takes places at the Orange City Public Library.
