Program Description

Event Details

NASA is preparing to return astronauts to the Moon—but what have we already learned from our closest celestial neighbor? In this talk we’ll discuss what past missions, such as the Apollo landings, and ongoing lunar science can tell us about how the Moon was made. We’ll also look ahead at how new missions aim to build on that legacy, revealing more about the Moon’s history and preparing for future exploration.
