Program Description
Event Details
Lucy Sanchez-Torres from The ISU Extension Office will lead this program about spices. Children going into 3rd and 4th grade will learn to mix a variety of spices, utilizing measuring utensils and will learn about how spices enhance flavor. They will make taco seasonings and will also season popcorn to taste some of the different spices. The program will also include a book, a game, and a take home letter for children to further their education at home.
