Program Description
Event Details
Join us for food, fun and fellowship while making delicious freezer meals. If you're an expert in the kitchen or a novice, you can do this! Eunice Koopman and Ondrea Dalle, owners of Koopman's Catering, will provide instructions on how to make two delicious freezer meals: chicken alfredo and chili. You can make them in a 9 x 13 pan or two smaller pans. They will come with two meals ready to sample, but plan to eat before you attend. Registration deadline is Thursday, March 9 at 9PM. Need 10 people registered in the class. If minimum is not met, your registration fee will be refunded. Snow date is April 6.
