Engaging Your Team - Keeping your employees passionate about their work isn’t as simple as it used to be. Leaders are expected to keep employees ‘engaged’ in the face of the never-ending demands to accomplish more with less. Effective leadership requires the leader to be flexible and correctly match his/her style with the team. The Gallup © standards for employee engagement will be utilized. Five people need to register for the class or it will be canceled.  Two additional leadership classes are offered in March. March 15 - Critical Conversations and March 22 (Accountability Conversations). Each leadership class is $20 and must be signed up for separately.

Register through NCC https://nwicc.edu/events/personal-professional-development-engaging-your-team/
