Bird Portraits in Pen and Watercolor

Explore the exciting medium of watercolor in this fun, hands-on class as we learn to sketch birds like Aggie in Sugar Birds.  Participants will create bird portraits using basic drawing and watercolor techniques.  This class is geared for everybody including those with little or no art experience.  All techniques will be demonstrated and all materials will be provided.  Come join us for a fun, nonthreatening night of creativity.

Judy Thompson is a professional, award winning artist who loves to teach watercolor.  She is a member of the Great Plains Watercolor Society, a signature member of the Iowa Watercolor Society and an approved teaching artist with the South Dakota Art Council.
