Accountability Conversations - Conducting performance conversations can produce anxiety for all parties involved, but it doesn’t have to. Enhance your ability to have candid conversations with your staff about their performance. Learn to keep your staff informed about expectations while increasing your team’s effectiveness. There truly is a step-by-step process for planning and conducting these conversations. Performance Management is an ongoing process, not a once-a-year event.

Register by Friday, March 18 through NCC https://nwicc.edu/events/personal-professional-development-accountability-conversations/ 5 participants are needed for this class to be held.
